1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.getpured.com, our WhatsApp ordering channel, and any related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Get Pured Foods LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, bearing LLPIN ACX-6167 ("GetPured", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing an order through the Platform, you ("you", "user", "buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms are published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, to the extent applicable, and constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

2. Definitions

"Platform" means the website www.getpured.com, our WhatsApp Business ordering channel, and any successor site or app operated by GetPured.
"Products" means the spices, cold pressed oils, ghee, and any other goods listed for sale on the Platform.
"Order" means a request placed by you to purchase Products through the Platform.
"Applicable Law" means the laws of India, including but not limited to the statutes named in Section 17.

3. Nature of the Platform and Eligibility

3.1 GetPured operates the Platform as an “inventory e-commerce entity” within the meaning of Rule 2(1) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 — that is, we own the inventory of Products sold and sell directly to you on a business-to-consumer basis. We are not a marketplace connecting you to third-party sellers.

3.2 To place an Order, you must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for any Orders placed.

3.3 You represent that all information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, and payment details) is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at info@getpured.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing

4.1 We make every reasonable effort to describe our Products, their origin, method of production, and characteristics accurately. Because our spices, oils, and ghee are minimally processed agricultural and dairy products, natural variation in colour, aroma, texture, and consistency between batches is expected and is not a defect — see Section 8 of our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

4.2 All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice, but the price applicable to your Order is the price confirmed at the time your Order is accepted, as reflected in your order confirmation and tax invoice.

4.3 Every Order is accompanied by a GST-compliant tax invoice generated through our billing system, showing our GSTIN (19ABEFG5480B1ZH), applicable HSN codes, and the tax breakup (CGST/SGST for intra-state West Bengal orders, IGST for other states).

4.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or other errors on the Platform, and to cancel any Order affected by such an error, at any time before dispatch, with a full refund of any amount paid.

4.5 In accordance with the CCPA's Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023, we do not use false urgency, disguised advertising, forced continuity, drip pricing, basket sneaking, confirm-shaming, or similar deceptive design practices on the Platform. If you believe you have encountered such a practice, please report it to info@getpured.com.

5. Order Placement, Confirmation, and Cancellation

5.1 Placing an Order is an offer by you to purchase the selected Products. An Order is accepted by us only upon dispatch confirmation or an explicit confirmation email/message; until then, we may decline or cancel any Order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions in your area.

5.2 You may cancel an Order free of charge at any time before it has been packed or handed to our logistics partner for dispatch, by contacting info@getpured.com or +91-9330572346 with your order number. Once an Order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and our Returns & Refund Policy applies instead.

5.3 We currently ship only within India.

6. Payment

6.1 Payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay ("Magic Checkout") and its affiliated payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and, where offered, Cash on Delivery (COD), including Partial COD for orders flagged as medium-risk.

6.2 We do not store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials on our servers; these are processed directly by our payment gateway partner in accordance with applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment data storage guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.

6.3 You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We are not liable for any loss arising from payment declined, delayed, or reversed by your bank, card issuer, or payment method provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Orders are shipped through our logistics partner(s), including Shiprocket. Estimated delivery timelines shown on the Platform are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7.2 Free shipping is currently offered on Orders above ₹999; this threshold may change at our discretion and will be reflected on the Platform at the time of your Order.

7.3 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided by you. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage as described in Section 10 of our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

All returns, refunds, replacements, and order-cancellation-after-dispatch matters are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

9. Your Conduct on the Platform

You agree not to:

use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
upload, transmit, or introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means — including AI agents — to access, extract data from, or place Orders through the Platform, except where we have expressly permitted such access (for example, a documented API);
circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
resell Products purchased through the Platform in the course of a business, without our prior written consent — Products are sold for personal or household consumption;
post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content, including in product reviews or feedback.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 The name "GetPured", our logo, product photography, packaging design, the text and educational content on the Platform (including our purity-test content), and the overall look and feel of the Platform are the property of Get Pured Foods LLP or our licensors. Our trademark application for "GetPured" is currently pending before the Trade Marks Registry. Pending registration, we assert common law trademark rights in the "GetPured" name and associated branding under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the common law of passing off. We do not use the ® symbol until registration is granted; any use of ™ indicates a claimed, not yet registered, trademark.

10.2 You may view, download, and print material from the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

10.3 If you submit a product review, testimonial, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with promoting GetPured and its Products, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, our payment gateway, our logistics partner, or social media pages). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

12. Disclaimers

12.1 We take reasonable care to describe our Products accurately, including origin, method of production, and the "what good looks like" guidance on our Education page. However, colour, aroma, and appearance shown on the Platform may vary from the physical product due to photography, screen settings, and natural batch variation.

12.2 Except as expressly stated on the Platform or required by Applicable Law (including your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, which are not excluded or limited by these Terms), the Platform and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those legally implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13.2 Subject to Section 13.1, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or purchase of any Product — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Order giving rise to the claim.

13.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (such as loss of profit or loss of data) arising from your use of the Platform, except where such exclusion is not permitted under Applicable Law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Pured Foods LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of Applicable Law, or your misuse of the Platform.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, pandemic, strike, government action, or disruption to logistics or supply chains.

16. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with Rule 4 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your concerns about these Terms, your Order, or the Platform generally:

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within one month, in line with the timelines prescribed under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If you remain unsatisfied, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, the Legal Metrology Act, 2009, and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, as applicable. Subject to Section 16, you and GetPured submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

18. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

18.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

18.2 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to do so later.

18.3 You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you where required by law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetPured regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreement or understanding on the subject.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in Applicable Law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and material changes will be notified where required by Applicable Law. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
